I loved my experience here at sushi amane. I know you cook is changed, but still eating it remains quality. each cut is legit for the fish and sushi rice done at the point. it fits my expectations to a Michael One Star facility. service is great and attentive. I hardly hear the walking sound of the waitress. there are great sushi when they are around the opposite. View all feedback.

Price is okay, decent for a Michelin. Food tastes pretty good and is visually pleasing. The servers and chef are very attentive to details.However, both of us had extreme diarrhea after the meal with no allergies to food. Still on the toilet after 1 day.
