I was most impressed by the service in sushi zen. our server, kamika (sp,) was friendly and patient. she eloquently told us various dishes and had a great sense of humor. it is the main reason we want to return. the talent of the chef was commendable for kamika's gift for waitress. that was delicious. I've been in sushi many times, but what happened. I tried to order an appetizer, wagyu beef, just to say that they were out of him and then weeping and when we wanted a second bottle, they said we had the last bottle. very disappointing. the food we were served was very good, but the problems stained the total experience. have they been having trouble?
