What User doesn't like about The Handpulled Noodle:
3.5 stars because I loved the noodles but there is still room for improvement. Went here for a quick dinner with hubby and we both ordered the main fare seitan stir fry with vegetables. The sauce is tomato based and you pick your level of spiciness and your noodles. I thought the noodles were superb, hubby was not too impressed. The main disappointment was the “vegetables” included in the dish it was just some thinly shredded onion, carrot and cabbage. If you’re not into a noodle stir-fry that’s all sauce and noodles I would suggest ordering the broccoli side.
