I've been here a couple of times good enough menu; nice servers. There were two of us on the last visit (7/12/19) with a bill of around $35. Included in the bill was a 20% service charge as well as local tax (of course) and food tax. Food tax? I live in NY never heard of a food tax. The price overall was still reasonable but what in heaven's name is a food tax? View all feedback.

"One of those places that actually lives up to the hype. The food is delicious and decadent. The service is professional and attentive, but easygoing. IMHO this is the best burger in NYC and the French dip might even be better. Prime rib was good, but a bit expensive for what you get. Sides are all A+, best fries ever."

"Oceans is top notch. The service is incredibly. Our water glasses were always filled. The explanation of the dishes was spot on and the staff made you feel as if they wanted you there.
