I cannot exaggerate how much I loved my first experience at The Shop. The vibe and decor were great and the staff we kind, appreciative and helpful without hovering over you. And the food. Used to be great. Since September, besides getting orders wrong, I've gotten sandwiches 3x that were worst than the prior. The first time, I let it slide because it happens. Fine. 2nd time ham tasted old. I mentioned something and they tried to fix it. Finally the 3rd time last week, both sandwiches were inedible, bacon was raw and disgusting, and sandwich sloppy.
