Amazing experience at Toro! We had reservations for at the chefâs counter. After arriving a little early (kitchen opens at we grabbed drinks at the bar and the hostess sat us at a table fifteen minutes earlier than what we reserved!! Excellent tapas served in an industrial chic room. Despite the size of the place, our table felt clamped in a section of the restaurant next to the kitchen counter. Many great parties throughout the rest of the room made me think that this place is ideal for a birthday party or group meal. The scaffold on the building made the entrance difficult to find.
