they order at the cash desk and bring them to their table. the coffee is smooth and sweet, but we ordered a flat white and a late and there was no noticeable difference between the two. no late art above. (was on the koala late art that I saw in the advertisement.) as Australian, but living in North America, it was a little disappointing, as there was not much that I was able to connect as Australian in the menu or decoration, apart from the one painting of a koala.
