I had an amazing experience with my smoothie bowl at this restaurant. I ordered the green smoothie bowl with added protein, topped with granola, Goji berries, and almond butter. The service was exceptional, and the staff in New York made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place, and this review has been updated as of August 6, 2022. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Juice Press Empire State Building:
Located in the Empire State Building, this branch of Juice Press may not bring you face-to-face with King Kong, but it does offer a down-to-earth dining experience. While seating is limited and mostly for delivery customers, this small location operates smoothly like others I have visited. They offer a variety of fresh juices, snacks, salads, smoothies, and bowls for takeout. Reviewed as of December 10, 2021. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic, everyone is really friendly. However, my smoothie has not been fully blended for the third time now. At first, I thought maybe it was because I arrived before my mobile order was ready and they were rushing it. I made sure to give enough time this time for it to be done by the time I got there, but there were still unblended chunks at the bottom. Despite this, the fruit smoothies are refreshing, so I have been trying to overlook the issue.
The manager, Gregory, was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me with my indecision about what to order. He even taught me some new things about smoothies. I highly recommend building your own smoothie if he is around!

The Juice Press branch inside the Empire State Building may not offer a chance to meet King Kong, as it is located on the ground floor. This small venue primarily caters to takeout customers, with limited seating available inside. Like other Juice Press locations, this branch is well-managed and provides a selection of grab-and-go juices, snacks, takeout salads, as well as made-to-order smoothies, juices, and bowls.
