What User doesn't like about Little Beet Bryant Park:
The food is delicious, earning the restaurant a third star, but the overall experience was lacking. I stopped by to pick up a takeout order at 7:30pm, only to find that the staff was already starting to clean up, even though the store closes at 9pm. I ordered a Poleo bowl and was told to wait for the salmon for 5-7 minutes, which was fine. However, when I got home and opened the box, I found charcoal instead of sweet... View all feedback.
The food was really fresh and tasty! I love that my vegan and omnivore daughters can both eat there and have lots of delicious options! Also, the guys that work there were super helpful and had great customer service!
I recently tried a "Chipotle style" restaurant and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and my food was quickly prepared and served in a to-go container. I particularly enjoyed the tofu, beans, and quinoa, although I wasn't a fan of the rice noodles. I would definitely return as they have a variety of options for vegan and gluten-free diets, and the food quality was excellent.
Wandering around NYC on our first day, we started looking for a place to eat that was “near” Times square that had gluten free options. Little Beet is a chain that has several different locations across New York. This particular location was pretty small with very limited seating. The menu is on a screen that is changing which makes it a bit challenging to decide what to get. The menu also states that their entire menu is gluten free. My partner chose the falafel bowl and I chose the brussel sprouts bowl. The person building my bowl asked me if I wanted to leave off the cheese and I thanked him for asking as I am also dairy free. As my bowl was passed along, I mentioned to the next person to please leave off the cheese and she informed me that the brussel sprouts salad already had cheese mixed in. My partner offered to switch bowls with me, so I ended up eating the falafel bowl and he thought I got the better deal. The falafel itself was really delicious, but combined with the sauce and the guacamole, it was to die for. I will be thinking about that bowl for months to come. The brussel sprout bowl was fine, but just wasn’t a star like the falafel bowl. We considered going back just to get another falafel bowl but didn’t end up having a chance. Highly recommend!
My first time coming here and they were very kind and helpful. I went with my kids and a worker named Carlos help me with some suggestions for my kids since they are very picky eaters. He was very patient and friendly. My kids enjoyed it very much and looks forward to going back again. I would highly recommend the one located on 40th street and 6 ave.

I ordered a Poleo bowl and was told to wait for the salmon for 5-7 minutes, which was fine. However, when I got home and opened the box, I found charcoal instead of sweet potatoes and no sesame crusted avocado. Luckily, there was regular avocado in the bowl. I will give the restaurant another chance in the future, as it may have just been an off day.
