What David White doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This location is poorly managed and a complete mess the last few months. Online pick up is never on time, most of the time they lose the orders. Today you had to go up to the register and say your name (20 min after I ordered) so they could add to the queue. They can try to blame staffing but other Chipotles in NYC are not nearly this bad.
