My quest for Tonkotsu Ramen includes some top spots in Tokyo and Kyoto. EAK is, IMO, the best tonkotsu ramen broth in NYC. Rich, creamy. Great chashu and add-ons. EAKs winner choice is the Zebra Ramen $22). Make sure you get the egg. View all feedback.
What R doesn't like about E.a.k. Ramen (ny):
Did not eat in store but picked up order. Order the EAK ramen and the pork gyoza. Unfortunately the EAK ramen was too salty, had no seaweed (as in picture) and the ramen was very hard. The gyoza was OK too Id rate it a 3/5 stars. Overall 3-5 stars but didn't think this was an authentic ramen store. View all feedback.
One of the best Ramen places in NYC. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a good spice as well… the spicy/hot is as advertised and delicious
