This restaurant is part of a chain that specializes in Indian cuisine available for takeout. Customers order at the counter and there are a few seating options, although there is no restroom on site. It is not your typical Indian restaurant as they offer a smaller menu, but they do have some vegan options. I tried the vegan "lamb" dish without the non-vegan sauce and found it to be tasty and satisfying. Just a note, the restaurant is located near Bryant Park, not directly in it.
The vegan mango lassi was delicious and the chickpea curry was also quite tasty.
