My worst experience at any place in the Grand Central Station. A bunch of inexperienced and unprofessional kids run the place. I ordered a Gin and Tonic and it tasted horrible. I ordered a sandwich (after the waiter/bartender) repeatedly asked me if I wanted to order any food item and I throw it in the garbage after the first bite. Customer service was the worse ever experience. Their credit machines were not working... View all feedback.
The lobster rolls were full of lobster and very tasty. The poppyseed slaw was also very tasty. Try the flight so that you can different flavors
Lobster rolls here are tasty with big chunk of lobster meat comparing to other restaurants’ flaky fillings.
