Food is great and they value their customers. We had to use their restroom and a lady had been in there for a long time, the employee saw we were getting a little uncomfortable from the waiting so she knocked on the door to make sure the lady would free the restroom for us. We were very impressed with the employee and her dedication to the customer satisfaction. View all feedback.
What Patrick Boyle doesn't like about McDonald's @ 1st Ave.:
False opening hours showed up at 3am to a restaurant which was 24 hours to find it closed also then walked to 102 1st Avenue (10009), it was also a 24 McDonald?s and it was also closed despite Google?s hours. Absolutely disgraceful View all feedback.
I came in around 4 pm today to get some food to eat before I get on a subway home. There were only 2 people taking orders but it wasn't crowded so I didn't
Besides the fact that this isn't the cleanest McDonald's in history, it's also certainly not the best when it comes to friendliness.
Fast service the chicken sandwich did not taste fresh the stawberry shake was excellent the fries were good hot tasty good seating atmosphere hig prices in nyc
My sons happy meal was missing the dessert (apples) and the milk; lucky the toy was here; already back home so too late I guess ????
