Food was good!! Loved the atmosphere.
Everything was nice. This is my third time going. I love how the hostess attentive and I believe the other woman is the manager. Very nice. Food is always good.
Everything when I am in New York I stop by and get my dose of Carribbean food. You can't go wrong here, stop by.

"YUM after passing by this place so many times, I finally went in and WOW! The soy garlic sandwich was delicious, and the chicken was so crispy. Even coming in close to store close, the chicken was hot, fresh, crispy, and so tasty. The ONLY thing is, the bun was a low quality hamburger bun, and crumbled apart within the first two bites. Fix the bun and it’s a 10/10! Will absolutely be back!"

"The most impressive part was the kale salad. i did not order the jollof bowl presumingly mixed with black eye peas. The pic shows visible blacked peas. I feel it was thrown together. After all i had 3 mins to order. I was so looking for the black eyed peas. i'm done!"

"I checked out Covenhoven with some friends on a Friday afternoon/evening while visiting Brooklyn. This is a happening little spot with a wide selection of beers on tap and in a large refrigerator for purchase. So many options to choose from and I enjoyed looking through the fridge section for the wild and quirky beers I've never heard of before. It was fun sitting out on their outdoor courtyard. There's some basic pub fare food as well if you get hungry. I would definitely stop back in again."
