Had to try the much raved about Roberta’s pizza. My taster is always a margherita. I think it needed the missing basil, but more than that it lacked seasoning. So I added salt, pepper and a little chili flakes just to get it going. The menu actually say basil but it wasn’t added to the pizza. The base was quite nice, soft inside, nice chew, and quite a good structure. However I wasnt overall impressed. read more.
