i placed a mobile order- they were obviously very busy and running a three man floor. 2/3 of my drinks were made incorrectly, but when i brought it up to the barista they were very helpful and completely remade both beverages on the fly. so grateful for those partners doing their best! What Napsugar doesn't like about Starbucks:
Absolute worst Starbucks experience ever. We arrived one hour prior closing time along with a bunch of other people. There were like 5 seats altogether available in the whole cafè. We tried to move one chair to another table so we can sit together and we were told by the staff that it’s an absolute no-go to move chairs from their designated spots.
