First of all, we have never had issues at this location. Today, our fries were a little cold- but we weren't mad. We didn't even make a complaint. We did come after a rush, so not really a big deal. The crinkle-cut fries were delicious. My roast beef sandwich tasted good but was a little on the cold side. The drink station in the lobby did not have any ice in the machine. The drink mix in the machine was off, heavy on the syrup and light on the carbonation. The lobby was clean. View all feedback.
