I tried hot pot for the first time and young love him! we ordered the chongqing suppe that it was spicy, but soou it worth it! my favorites were tofu, huh, fish, bok choy, noodles and drowned with the suppe. later I tried the shaved ice and it was the perfect way to close our 2 hours lunchtime! the best I had to eat was the bowl of self-service steam-free and a glass of water. the glass water was the only edible item on the menu. lavender hot pot is a good reminder of what a restaurant should never strive for. from the dirty and uncomfortable decoration, to the old and uncooled meats, seafood, perishable is the one thing that it guarantees to serve is a healthy dosis of amoebic dysentery.
