Fast services, great pretzels and friendly staffs. It's strategically located next to Macy, where you can grab a quick bite before/ after shopping. Recommend to sign up their app, lots of great deal, such as birthday pretzel, BOGO and they celebrated their 30th anniversary on 3/3/18, giving away free original and sugar cinnamon pretzels to all. This restaurant regularly gets my order wrong. If you order more than 1 dip you never get it (even though you have to buy the dips). One time I got only two frostings with no pretzels. I have had my order of cinnamon pretzels show up as regular salted pretzels twice. Reported to doordash support for regularly not providing items that were purchased. Had a very tasty almond pretzel today. Janee was super friendly!
Mini Pretzel Dogs were burned and my order arrived almost one hour late
Pretzels were not fresh I paid over 120$ for old stale pretzels! I am extremely disappointed with the quality.
