Honestly the staff was super nice the location was clutch parking wasn’t bad the food was same as any the only thing that held it back was the frozen coffee collada had a stale taste like the coffee was burnt I’m not saying it wasn’t fresh it was just a different taste than I was used to maybe a little stronger than I’m used to which is fine for some I just couldn’t finish it because it tasted like pure black coffee... that must be the worst dd I've ever been! I went for the esteem day of the teacher, which is clearly stated on the website. they were very rude and evil, made us pay for our coffee. the manager comes out and says: “I didn’t receive any notifications about it so that you can complain.” what kind of customer service is that?! we were very patient and then when we get the coffee we pay for it tastes like old/bitter coff...
