It used to be a really good place to grab a snack or an ice cream, but unfortunately not any more. The place is dirty and looks unsanitary. The bottles with salsa an other stuff really looks gross. They are selling “fresh churros”, but the churros we got were so soggy. I’m Mexican and I know exactly how a fresh churro tastes. I ordered a torta and the guy who was serving told us he didn’t know how to make it, I guess was a good thing, since the churros were way disappointing. BTW , they charge $10 for 4 pieces of soggy churros. For that price you can get one of the best churros in the area at Los Carnalitos Restaurant. Please save your money and find another place to get ice cream

Went here today and didn't acknowledge us walking in or greet us. I understand one person was doing online orders but their was another lady there just talking on the phone. I asked for help and she isn't attempt to say a word. Abit rude and non attentive.First time there and never coming back

My favorite thing from this place is the mango ice cream they people there were so kind! Amazing service definitely coming back!!Kid-friendliness: I love how there’s variety of candies to buy at the checkout as well and flavors of ice cream and the decorations brings good vibes !

Went in there to get some ice cream, ordered what I wanted and when it came to pay i was told my card hadn 't gone through. But I had received a notification stating my purchase at this restaurant, the date and time, I showed this to the cashier to which she continued to tell me that it hadn 't gone through. She asked me to 'just pay again ' to which I stated no, and showed her my phone, the notification of the charge on my card. This went on for too long, I asked for the manager and apparently I had already been talking to them. She refused to even listen to me and asked that I pay AGAIN or leave, so I left. This was honestly the weirdest and rudest interaction with this restaurant, which up until now I had frequented a lot. Don 't know if I 'm the only one who had this experience but 0/10, the food is overpriced as well, don 't waste your money, time, or patience
