I'm new to the Newark area. PUERTO VALLARTA restaurant came highly recommended by a friend. I ordered 2 Carne Asada Steak Dinners. For the $41 tip I left I wasn't impressed. While waiting for my take out I took a seat at the Bar. For 5/7 minutes no bartender came around. I just gave up picked up my order. Also there is no waiting area for Take Out. I love Mexican Food.
