"First off the food was AMAZING!! It was very delicious and I enjoyed it. I would definitely come back here again. Plus the service was great! You don’t have to wait a lot for your food, for us we waited around 5-10 minutes which is pretty good saying that we got 3 fries, 3 burgers, and 2 shakes. Really really good!"

"I placed an order online. Less than 2 minutes my phone rings. I answered the phone and it was a lady (she did say her name but I forgot it, sorry) from Bertucci’s. She was inquiring about my special instructions with my order (no cheese). She was making sure that there were no allergy related issues with the cheese because there was some sort of cheese in the meatballs I was ordering with my spaghetti. This has rarely happened that someone called me back after I placed an order, anywhere. More so to check for health reasons. I found this to be very appreciated and concerning that one would do this. Talk about good service and good food."
