"I ordered regular island green but somehow I got the detox version that have ginger in it. Which is not what I ordered and can't really drink this because am not a fan of ginger. I picked up my order and drove out already. So can't go back and return it. Please make sure you make the right drinks for future customer."

"I used to eat Roots all the time when I lived in Charlottesville, VA so I was super excited to see that they opened a location in Columbus. The food was just as delicious as I remember, and I’m so happy that they chose to open a spot in C-bus. The food is fresh and the portion sizes are large. Highly recommend!"

"I have ordered from here about 5 times now. Smoothies are great but do NOT get anything with chicken! It is microwaved or something and is almost clear and disgusting every time. Chicken nuggets from Wendy?s is better quality meat. I hope they read this and rethink their menu. Either go vegetarian (don?t offer meat) or do better in terms of the quality and preparation."
