Okay so the service definitely improved. We had an awesome server. Very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The food wasn't all that great. I mean it is a franchise all i don't really understand how it isn't the same great taste I'm used to getting at Applebee's. I can say their COVID 19 precautions are on POINT. This is not at all worth th money we are charged for it. The ribs are so dry they are inedible. I specifically asked for the garlic mashed. I didn't check off bacon or anything else to be put on it..: I received it with cheese and bacon.... no honey mustard sauce with my chicken tender and I order extra AND charged for it.... not one honey mustard was in my order....: This is not the first time .... very disappointin... read more.
