"Stopped in for a nice cold treat. Truthfully I keep forgetting there are great stores in this plaza. Unfortunately, some have gone out of business recently.This store is bright and clean, the employees were friendly and there were plenty of choices to pick from and toppings galore!There are a few chairs outside to sit and enjoy our cold treats. A few more tables outside would be terrific! If I had young children, they would absolutely love the choices that are there to make a froyo with multiple toppings. It does get measured by weight, so the price can add up quickly. I ended up with Dole Whip with coconut topping and added a small amount of Creamsicle on top to try it... was yummy.Will definitely make this place a frequent stop , especially during summer."

"We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress didn't immediately ask us if we wanted anything to drink. She passed our table and acknowledged the people opposite us who arrived after my fiance and I did. After walking back and forth a couple of times she then came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. We asked for coffee and waited a bit for that. Even though we were ready to order, she left and came back a longer while later to take our order. 3 1/2 cups of coffee later, we had decided to just pay for the coffee and leave to somewhere else, just as we were about to leave, the waitress came with our order. We waited an hour for scrambled eggs and bacon, 3 eggs, bacon and sausage links with pancakes. Definitely disappointed. I wasn't going to leave a review but this has been the second time that we have experienced this at the Newburgh NY perkins location and I have to say we most likely will not dine at this Perkins location again. I would have at least expected out of common curiosity for the waitress to excuse the fact that our service was taking so long and why maybe but nothing. As soon as she arrived with our food she left out bill. Definitely not impressed. Food turned out cold even after waiting an hour. The only thing that was hot was the coffee."

"The food was great and everyone was very nice to us for our birthday dinner. However, some family members felt hurried as the servers were pulled away while they were eating. I had to apologize to them in the name of the restaurant. I was embarrassed and it was my birthday (a few weeks ago). I guess we'll order forward. Never a problem. I understand you need to turn tables quickly, but we were barely there for an hour. I don't like feeling especially as a regular paying customer. I know it sometimes happens, but if my family members don't feel welcome, put me in a very difficult position to deliver positive feedback. I will change my review if there are improvements."

"People in general don’t understand how much power a server has in a restaurant. A good server can instantly change a guests mood intentions just by simply being nice. I am a regular at cosmos because the food alone is amazing but good food can be purchased anywhere. I come back because of the service after having a long day I decided to treat myself. My server Milton was the most hospitable server I’ve encountered. He truly made my day so much better and was very kind. These are the type of industry workers that you need to cherish! Keep up the great work Milton! I will be back again soon :"

"The service was perfect...thank you, Sébastien! You did everything right! The food was excellent! Our steaks were cooked to perfection! My husband's fries, crispy and flavorful. But, Mac? OMG!!! And, even better the next day! Definitely going to be a regular thing!"
