Outstanding! We were welcomed upon early arrival by Michelle and Paula. Paid the extra £10 so we could get to our room and freshen up before driving out to Stonehenge. The large room is practically new. Beds comfortable, bathroom is large. Everything worked properly with no issues experienced. Rooms clean but quite basic. Minimum tea/coffee provided in room, no biscuits. Card indicating breakfast times etc. but no menus for on site restaurant and no literature about nearby attractions or places to visit. Dislike not being able to open window for fresh air. Breakfast service was variable, some good staff, some grumpy about providing poached eggs! Nice towels/ bedding and bed was very comfortable. View all feedback.
