I started shopping at the modern butcher about six months ago and I now go weekly, despite the commute. The quality of the meats (all locally sourced and the board tells you from where) and selection are unrivaled in the area. On top of that, Warren, Lisa, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to offer advice on different cuts, cooking methods, or recipe ideas. I cannot say enough...
