I have had Loco Chon multiple times. The staff has always been extremely friendly and great service. I had one bad experience with the quality of the food and since it was to-go, I was unable to bring the food back. I was contacted by the management/owner later that day and he made it right! Especially after seeing so many great reviews, we were very disappointed. The tacos we had were dry and stale, the margarita tasted like it came from a bottle, and the prawns were fishy and served in a bland broth. Even the salsa on the table tasted strange and the food was served with plain white rice. I don?t understand it.
