Papa John's Pizza - Newcastle

Rude employees who obviously do not have any idea about customer service!! Ordered a pappadia with bbq chicken extra onions and no cheese, and the rude employee could not make it that way!?!?! I?ve gotten that same order at the Newcastle locationbefore!!!!

About done with papa johns Order was compketly wrong and tge already pizza has literally no sauce Spent $75 and only ate the breadsticks Tried calling and nobody answers the phone And don't blame staffing there was 6 people working

Pizza is pizza right; until it's pepperoni stuffed crust from this pizzeria! So the young lady was extraordinarily nice totally helpful and had a top shelf sence of humor! Papa John's clone her quick b4 she gets away! I'm pretty much a guy who likes pizzaas long as the crust isn't crunchy. This was perfect! Even though it was supposed to be Alfredo sauce no tomatoes and wasn't, Idid not complain. It was very good and cooked exactly right! Don't blame the young lady at all. My cohort in crime and I werecutting up with her extensively! So yes, if ever I were back in this neck of the woods, you betcha I'll revisit. Ifin you arearound there, what are you waiting for? You KNOW you want pepperoni stuff crust now!

Absolutely the worst pizza experience of my life. The sign on the door says ?Veteran Owned? well the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the service provided at their establishment. Get your pizza elsewhere if you actually want to eat.

I ordered pizza and asked for it to be delivered they said it would be 45 to 55 min. After 1 hr and 15 min I called them and was told I didn't make any order. I was passed because I had already paid. I called back and they found my order but they haven'tmade it because they are 3 hrs behind. That was my first and last time dealing with Papa Johns
