Great views, but not much else. Course is in really rough condition ranging from the spotty and muddy fairways, the super inconsistent rough, the weeds everywhere, the bunkers with no edging, and the uneven teeboxes. When charging $300/round, you expect both top tier conditions and layout. Unfortunately, the layout is really poor as well with odd bunker placement and repetitive routing.
