Do Not Go Here! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has dramatically gone downhill over the last few years even more after new ownership. Stopped this weekend for breakfast was there 2+ hours. There was only one other party there it took the waitress 15 minutes to look up from her phone. Checked out the place when we visited a few months back and it was amazing! Really high quality food and nice staff. If you go to Newcastle, this place is a must-try!
Good service, not so much for the food. My $12 Philly Cheese Steak was the size of a slider. Good taste, but not worth $12. Was supposed to be served on a hoagie bun. My sweet potato fries lacked flavor and it seems to me they were frozen, not fresh. My wife’s chicken quesadilla was all tortilla. Pic attached. It looked impressive when served large until we looked inside.
If you like little family owned diners with great home cooked meals, this is a perfect place! We had breakfast and it was very good! Big servings!
I like a good small town diner and this fit the bill perfectly. Good food, good service and friendly people.
