Contribute FeedbackOverall, this McDonald's location received a variety of mixed reviews. Some customers complained about slow service, lukewarm food, dirty bathrooms, and incomplete orders. However, others praised the friendly and efficient staff, quick service, cleanliness, and excellent customer service provided by the manager. Despite some negative experiences, many customers had positive things to say about the food quality, fast service, cleanliness of the restaurant, and delicious muffins. Special mention was made of the high level of service provided to a large group of over 60 people, showcasing the restaurant's ability to handle large orders efficiently.
Decent place, right in front of hwy. 115 north of the 401 (northbound). clean, efficient personalized and eating was quite good, although it was an animated location. go in, we were served immediately. the journey through was busy with the usual two to a...lanes, but seemed to move. park them on the west side of the parking lot to grieve and save time when they go. eating was good, fruity, hot and as ordered mcmuffins, tee and orange fruitopia.
Respectless staff that is not able to offer large customer service, mix the order and moreover show no respect for customers
Clearly they’re staffed by people that don’t know the meaning off a large size fry charge you for it and give you less fries then a medium can never get an order right! Worst McDonalds ever 31$ for food and they don’t even give you...what you order what a disgrace how do they deserve 15$ an hour
Staff in the drive they in the morning are extremely rude. Especially when it comes to the coupons. Don’t waste your time.
The food all tastes like wet, warm cardboard but their breakfast burritos sausage egg McMuffin are fabulous, along with their hash browns... the coffee is FAR better tasting, cheaper, than ANYTHING that rival Tim Horton's has to offer.
