This is a real ale pub, opened about 18 months ago. It is a victim of its own popularity, being full to bursting much of the time, so it's difficult to get a seat. When its not full the customers tend to crowd around the bar, making it difficult to get served. It's the nearest pub to where I live, but sadly I don't go in very often because I like to be able to get a seat when I have a pint, and that is often impossib... View all feedback.
So nice to goto a proper traditional pub, sit by a real fire and drink well kept ale. Friendly staff and a dog to talk to.
