I love Italian food. Although this is clearly a chain restaurant the food is great, there's a wide choice, and it compares well to my experience of many restaurants in Italy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Service was quick but at no time were you hurried along. For what you get this is a good value and I would recommend! I've been here before and will (hopefully) go many times more. View all feedback.
What Tanya Martin doesn't like about Carluccio's:
disappointed. we came here to eat last Saturday to be told there was no free tables and I should have made a reservation. this may be true however there was plenty empty tables from what we could see. I will be back though and this time i'll make a reservation. I'm sure this review will be changed it was just annoying to be told there was no tables when at least half of the restaurant was empty. Eating was amazing, the staff is very friendly and friendly, and the only reason for 4 stars is because we had to wait for a long time for our eating. but it was worth waiting.
Really nice. had breakfast here and it was nice. the personal is very nice and attentive. true proffesinale and work there. that's a place!
Valentine’s opera night was brilliant. food was delicious, hayley our waitress was wonderful and the entertainment was fabulous
Eating was surprisingly very good here. I had a private conference room and service was fantastic. Honestly, eating was fabulous. I had the antipasti that was just like a plate of surprises everything was so good, then the best of thunfischsalat was that thunfischsalat was perfectly cooked.
Fantastic service and atmosphere here especially at Christmas time. Beautiful Italian food at a fantastic price. Highly recommended.
