During our three-day stay in Newcastle, we wanted to try a restaurant in Chinatown. After some online research, we decided to visit The Landmark Restaurant. However, to our surprise, when we arrived at 6:45 p.m., the restaurant was closed and dark. We then spotted Amaysia restaurant, where it appeared to be bustling with a diverse group of diners. Worth a stroll through for the smells alone. As you would expect, numerous restaurants and businesses in a fairly concentrated part of the city, but perhaps not the most impressive of areas. View all feedback.
