Can't fault the hotel and spent a great evening in the bar. But ended up paying twice and since then i have emailed and rang and got no answer, so has taken the shine off my stay completely. We had a afternoon on the crowne plaza today and it was one of the best afternoon tea I was too! the variety was amazing and the staff was the most friendly staff I've ever met, especially mellows that was so care and...amazing! the image does not make fairness, as it is a screenshot from a video that I had recorded.
