What miinyii likes about Kimchi Planet:
This hidden gem is fantastic. It's a small, unassuming cafe where you can enjoy lunch at reasonable prices. We tried the spicy BBQ chicken rice bowl, pork and samjang kimbap, and kimchi pancake. All dishes were served hot and in generous portions. The kimchi pancake was a bit too greasy for our liking compared to other places we've tried, as it usually has a lighter batter and more kimchi. read moreA visit to this hidden gem offers an authentic taste of Korean cuisine in unfussy surroundings. While some diners may encounter inconsistencies in quality and service, the menu offers delicious and reasonably priced dishes like rice bowls, kimbap, dumplings, and sushi. The cozy atmosphere provides a comforting escape, reminiscent of small Asian eateries. Overall, visitors can expect flavorful meals, friendly staff, and a charming experience that transports them away from England into the heart of Asia. This restaurant, though not without flaws, is a worthwhile stop for those seeking a taste of Korea in a cozy, inviting setting.
