No food after an hour. If you complain about it, you get your money back. You order food with a cheap drink, but when you pay back you get the money back for the food, but you pay the full price for the food. The manager does not want to talk to you, cannot handle them, is not suitable. Security has to take over and solve the problem because she is afraid to talk to a customer.
