What Vicky doesn't like about The Wheatsheaf Benton Square:
Went to pub for dinner with my sister and one year old niece. Ordered two sandwiches, portion of chips and a child’s fish fingers meal. It took well over an hour to come and we were the only customers for the majority of that time. Menu doesn’t advise on allergens at all. Very worrying. Zero atmosphere. Was definitely not worth the price. Dietary restrictions: No allergy advise on home printed menu Kid-friendliness:... View all feedback.
Dropped in for food on Sunday at short notice, not a problem, table for 7 plus high chair. Food nice.

Great night had by all, the staff were lush Price per person: £30–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Got Sunday lunch ... arrived with a slab of tender but quite dry beef, a school dinner blob of Smash (other dried potato brands are available), one small roast potato, a doll sized dollop of turnip (which was nice), and a side dish of rock hard mixed frozen veg (note to 'chef... frozen vegetables need to be cooked before reheating in microwave) which were returned twice, but only warmed up . The Yorkshire pudding had evidently been kept warm from the week before, and the "chef 's delicious 3 day gravy still had granules visible. Basically, it was vile.
