we ordered delivery, so I didn't see the kitchen, but I called before order. they seemed to be zöliakie aware and I was told that they were buying the gf pizza bases so they are not made to site, something that reduces the chances of cross-contamination. they are cooked in the same pizza oven as other pizzas. the pizzas were delicious and no one got sick. will order from there again.
