10/10. I recently just moved to kotara, and I really enjoy Chinese food on the odd occasion. Hooi's is close by and the food is excellent and the prices are really reasonable as well. Highly recommenced.
Hooi's makes the best Laksa in Newcastle : Lots of other yummy dishes too. Great service, fast, clean restaurant. Take away and dine in options available
Great little restaurant, these guys are the real deal. Delicious food, served quickly and great value too. Its my go to takeaway treat for the week also.
