This is a restaurant you MUST visit. Noodles are hand-made and authentic. It’s better than Xian famous foods in NYC. Prices increased but still affordable. Their bao is home-made. Also taste is very good. View all feedback.
What Alan Thames doesn't like about Xian Noodle Factory:
They hiked the price by 50% of what is listed on online menu. I ordered spicy beef noodle soup and fried dumplings which cost me over $28 without tips. Taste is good but i cannot justify it based on the price. I went there around 6 pm on Friday evening and no one was dining in or taking out. There are only three dine-in tables. Not going back again.
