"I'd like to know where our food is. We submitted an order over 2 hours ago and we confirmed for delivery within the hour. I have rang the shop over 3 dozen times. The one time I got an answer a woman answered and when I asked to enquire about our order status said that they cannot get a hold of the delivery driver, can I collect. I replied no, that I do not have transport at the moment and was hung up on. My money has been taken and confirmation of order sent out and now no delivery. No answer. How truly unprofessional! I want a refund and will never order here again."

"Always love dining at henrys.there is a lovely warm atmosphere, and the staff and service is great.the menu is not overcrowded with options, but the options you have are delicious and full of flavour.i had the 10 oz ribeye for the main and it was melt in your mouth.if your looking for a quality dining experience in ennis Town this is a must."

"I have read many of the reviews. Yeah, it's small. Yes, you may have to sit outside (we arrived today and they copied perfectly). but look around them the wonderful delicate food and weep (one of the cheapest weep is a magnificent regional syrah). experience the friendly service. eating is more up to date than michelin, but that's what they do, it's great and we loved it. I eat all over the world and that's the real thing. so enjoy an enthusiastic go qnd!"

"I got into Ireland too late for a meal. Even though the kitchen was closed, the bar man managed to serve up a tasty potato soup and bread and butter, to hold my hunger until breakfast. That was very kind!"

"The food was tasty. The pints were perfectly poured. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. Minus one star because the manager did not seem overly interested in helping. Case in point. My wife has gluten allergies. The chips were gluten free, she ordered those. When she asked about the ketchup being Gluten-free, (some ketchups have malt vinegar which has barley) the bartender didn 't know, so he wisely asked the manager when she was walking past. Without hesitation she just said no , and moved on. I saw a table next to us finish their meal and leave, whilst also leaving the ketchup bottle. So I grabbed it to check on it. Lo and behold the ketchup was the gluten free sauce. It irked me at the cavalier attitude the manager had. At least bring us a bottle if you don 't have the time to check yourself."
