Came back to edit my review because I went today (10/5/22) and the lady at the drive through window was so sweet. She was polite, kind, and even complimented my dog which is the way to my heart! I would come back just to see her. They are busy and understaffed, but my order was correct and delicious! I appreciate them and their hard work! View all feedback.

I worked a 14 hour shift today… all I wanted was a burger from Krystal’s . I got home and something told me to open my burger …. This is so nasty. I don’t know whether to throw it away or go get a refund . Extremely upset View all feedback.
