What another google account wow likes about Starbucks:
I've never had a bad experience here...if they mess up your drink (it's rare, but they are human) they're always happy to remake it and make sure you're happy with your coffee. Staff is extremely kind, though they're usually short-staffed and are left running around like crazy...to no fault of their own. Management could definitely be better. I went through the drive-thru, as I usually do. I placed my order, and though the service sounded distracted and read my order back incorrectly, I was able to place my order. I was given a total.
