"This location is absolutely horrible. The cashiers are so SLOW. The older lady which I believe is the owners wife DOES NOT understand how to do the job she?s been given. She needs to be taken off of the register. She also does not know how to preparethe customers items. She literally has to read the receipt six times and open up the food containers to double and triple checkit. She has no confidence in her ability to perform her job properly. I understand you?re short of help but this is justridiculous. It?s as if you?re making a woman work who doesn?t want to be there and doesn?t fully understand or even comprehendthe job given to her. It?s sad to watch. I feel that she is confused and doing her absolute best. With that being said thoughshe doesn?t seem capable of handling her responsibilities in a timely manner. It?s making for a very negative experience for thecustomers who dine here."
