"Terrible service. We eat out a lot and this was the worst experience ever. If you get the Asian lady do yourself a favor and request another server. Rude with an attitude. Came across as almost hostile and uncaring. She brought the wrong bottle of wine to the table and had to take it back. Things went downhill from there. Her unfriendly attitude was apparent at other tables as well. The food was mediocre at best. Dinners arrived at our table literally within a couple of minutes of placing our order. How is that even possible especially when this place calls itself homemade Italian food? A fast food restaurant can't even get food to a customer that quickly! A bad experience and will definitely never go back. There are too many other choices if you want authentic homemade Italian food."

"I can't say enough here. The location is large, walking to so many shops, restaurants and bars, and downtown. Far enough down Thames St, it's not too loud out there. The rooms were clean and nice, they bring breakfast to your room in the morning and leave it outside for you. Such a relaxing way to wake up."

"We had the best breakfast in Newport together with a beautiful view of the boats. Good to eat or take away. The service was great and the quality of the food was even better. The portion sizes are nice for the price. We have a few different plates, including day specialties, and everyone enjoyed all their meals. Will be back."
