Mcdonald's - Newport

I bought my usual coffee from the usual place McDonald's in Claremont and from the time I got to Newport, I had realized that they had dishes water in my cup instead of coffee today, because it was terrible I held in the Newport McDonald's asked her to pour it out and get me another and she gave it to me free and apologise for McDonald's in Claremont

This place is the only one I've ever been, is always super fast, no matter how busy (or time of day), order is completely accurate and staff are very helpful / friendly.

Spent more time in the drive through behind 2 cars than at the DMV. maybe it's not always like this but not a good first impression. Just left did not order, didn't feel like waiting anymore.

Ordered a burger and a vanilla shake with out whip cream. Burger was good. Vanilla shake came with whip cream. Sent it back and then they gave me a chocolate shake. At this point I just gave up. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Never really had a good experience at this location, sadly something is always made wrong or not working or completely forgotten, and a lot of the people obviously don't want to be there. Prices don't match the quality of the food and service. It's not even fast food anymore. Even when there's no one else in line, the wait time seems unreasonable. And there is never enough staff during rush hour, so you're waiting 30 minutes to an hour for something that was suppose to be quick and easy. I've worked at a McDonald's before so I know how they operate. I can't believe this place has stayed open for so long Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
